Points to note

Submission of Address Proof
Employer who registers a vacancy for the first time is required to submit an address proof. Please prepare the address proof (e.g. water/ electricity/ town gas/ telephone bills or bank statement) issued within the recent 3 months with name and address identical to the registered name and address of the employer or the contact person.

Recruitment methods

1. “ERB Home Services” App Registration (Chinese version only)

Functions:

  • To register vacancies
  • To receive the matching list timely and review the profile of the helper referred
  • To contact the helper to discuss the job details directly
  • To check the referral progress
  • To review and amend vacancy record for fast-track new registration
  • To upload address proof and/or employees’ compensation insurance record

2. Online Vacancy Registration Form

Referral Process

  1. Employer will receive “ERB Home Services” App message or phone call from the "Smart Baby Care" (SBC) to confirm the registration details one working day after registered the vacancy;
  2. Vacancy information will be shown on the “ERB Helper App” for search and application by helpers;
  3. When application from the helper is received, the employer will receive “ERB Home Services” App message / SMS / phone call regarding the contact phone number of the helper referred. The employer can contact the helper direct to discuss job details;
  4. In case no application is received and the report duty date of the helper is within one calendar month upon confirmation of registration, “ERB Home Services” App message / SMS / phone call will be made within 3 working days upon confirmation of registration to the employer for consideration of revising the working terms; if the report duty date of the helper is more than one calendar month upon confirmation of registration, update to the employer will be made within 7 working days upon confirmation of registration.
