Presentation Ceremony 2010-11
The 2nd Presentation Ceremony of the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” was held on 28 April 2011. 57 organisations were accredited as Manpower Developers (MDs) in recognition of their outstanding achievements in manpower training and development. The ERB has created a diversified, multi-facet and sustainable interactive platform through the Scheme. The top 6 MD 1st with the highest level of participation in the follow-up activities during 2010-11 were also awarded the “MD 1st - Grand Prize Award”.
Through the Scheme, the ERB hopes to foster strategic partnership with the MDs to promote a corporate culture advocating manpower training and development among organisations, heighten the awareness of the employers and employees of the importance of on-the-job training and continuous upgrading, in order to enhance the quality of human resources in Hong Kong.
