To cater for the needs of different service targets and the market, the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) strives to provide training courses with career prospects. Major categories of courses include:

- Skills Upgrading Courses

- Courses for Special Service Targets
- Youth Training Courses
ERB serves to provide vocational skills training for trainees of the “Youth Employment and Training Programme” (YETP) of the Labour Department. YETP trainees may enrol in a variety of ERB training courses* including the youth training courses through Case Managers of the YETP. The Labour Department will provide case management and relevant follow-up services to YETP trainees.
