“ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” Seminar Series - “Unconventional Corporate Training Initiatives” Event Highlights

The ERB organised the “Unconventional Corporate Training Initiatives” Seminar on 29 May 2014 with over 300 HR and Training professionals enrolled.

The Seminar was facilitated by Professor Randy CHIU, MH, Director of the Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development, Hong Kong Baptist University. Representatives of three organisations - MTR Corporation Limited, Fullhouse Theme Café of Karrie International Holdings Limited and DiD HK Limited were invited to share their valuable experience on the deployment of unconventional training approaches in manpower development.
