"MD Sharing Session on Recruiting ERB Ethnic Minority Graduates" Event Highlights

The ERB organised a “MD Sharing Session on Recruiting ERB Ethnic Minority Graduates" on 29 November 2013 with around 50 MD representatives enrolled.

At the event, the ERB representative introduced the ERB Employer Services on recruiting and training the Ethnic Minorities, and announced the survey results of the “MD Topical Survey on Recruiting Ethnic Minority Employees”. Representatives from the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions and Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Lady MacLehose Centre, appointed training bodies of the ERB, shared their views on topics including the placement and training needs of the Ethnic Minorities, preparations for recruiting the Ethnic Minorities as well as ways to enhance the effectiveness of managing Ethnic Minority employees.

During the discussion session, MD representatives exchanged their valuable experience in recruiting, training and managing Ethnic Minority employees.
