"The 1st ERB Manpower Development Scheme – The selection of Outstanding Trainees" aims to praise the trainees who mean to optimize to their life and career while actively upgrading themselves. Read on for their encouraging stories!

Through this campaign, we hope that the public will have a better picture of our graduate trainees on how they endeavour to overcome hindrances in their life, thus acting as models to people confronting difficulties. You may show your support and recognition by selecting no more than 10 "Sunshine Stories" from the 16 nominees.

Meanwhile, ERB Training and Career Expo 2008 is scheduled for 5-6 December 2008 at Hall 7, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The result of the "Outstanding Trainees Award" will be announced at 12 noon on 5th December (Friday) during the 1st Manpower Development Scheme Award Presentation Ceremony.
