ERB launched the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" in December 2009. It is the first accreditation system in Hong Kong to assess the overall effectiveness of "manpower training and development" in an organization. ERB seeks to advocate corporate culture on "manpower training and development" and recognizes the outstanding achievement of organizations on "manpower training and development". In the last couple of years, a total of 137 public and private organizations have been accredited as "Manpower Developers".

"ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" 2011-2012 is now open for application. We welcome applications from both SMEs and Non-SMEs. The application deadline is 15 November. Please click here for scheme and application details.
