ERB to Gradually Resume More Services

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) announces today (28 February 2020) to gradually resume more services from 2 March 2020 (next Monday) onwards to serve members of the public in need. 

The counter service at ERB Siu Sai Wan Office and ERB hotline 182 182 will operate from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, and its “Practical Skills Training and Assessment Centre” in Cheung Sha Wan, “ERB Service Centre” in Tin Shui Wai, Regional Service Centres of “Smart Living”, as well as offices of “Smart Baby Care” and “Smart Starter” will be open to the public on the same day.  ERB will implement various infection control measures at its offices to reduce the risk of infection and the spread of virus.

Other ERB services currently in offer also include the video conferencing training consultancy service, online booking of the training consultancy service, online vacancy registration service and referral service of “Smart Living” and “Smart Baby Care”, as well as the referral service of “Smart Starter”.

To safeguard the health of trainees and the general public, “ERB Service Centre” will open its reception counter between 9am and 6pm from Monday to Sunday to provide course enquiry and enrolment service only.  ERB courses, skills assessment service of the “Practical Skills Training and Assessment Centre”, 37 “ERB Service Spots” and all trainee activities are still under suspension till 15 March 2020.
