Further Suspension of Classroom Training till 17 February 2022 by ERB

In view of the latest COVID-19 pandemic situation and to tie in with the preventive measures by the Government, the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) announces that ERB courses in classroom training mode will be further suspended up to 17 February 2022 (Thursday) with a view to safeguarding public health. During the suspension period, ERB will continue to implement the online learning arrangement and encourage training bodies to adopt the online training mode where applicable. ERB is currently offering over 380 online courses.

“Practical Skills Training and Assessment Centre”, “ERB Service Centre”, “ERB Service Spots”, Regional Service Centres of “Smart Living” and office of “Smart Baby Care” will also be temporarily closed during the period. Meanwhile, the counter service of ERB Siu Sai Wan office, ERB hotline 182 182, “Smart Living” and “Smart Baby Care” referral services as well as hotline enquiry service of “ERB Service Centre”, “ERB Service Spots”, “Smart Living” and “Smart Baby Care” will maintain normal operation.

ERB will closely monitor the latest development of the pandemic situation and makes timely announcements in due course.
